Preventive Maintenance Support
We analyze the log data collected from an operating equipment and, based on the result of analysis, propose solutions according to the selected preventive maintenance (PM) options. A dedicated data analysis tool is utilized to examine the equipment status. A PM report is submitted to the customer.
We examine the equipment operating conditions in order to determine whether any re-calibration or parts replacement is advisable to maintain normal operation. An inspection report is submitted to the customer.
In the event of a failure that cannot be repaired on site, the equipment is transported to our repair center. We determine the extent of repair needed and provide a quote. Upon completion of repair work, the equipment is immediately returned to the customer's site.
For a longer life of your equipment, we provide overhaul service at our repair center. We examine the extent of overhaul required and provide a quote together with overhaul details. Upon completion of the overhaul work, the equipment is immediately returned to the customer's site.
