President's message
Since its foundation in 1979, Toshiba Automation Systems Service Co., Ltd., has gained our clients' solid patronage in the field of maintenance services for mechatronics such as station service automation systems, automatic expressway toll collection systems and other terminal devices.
Having merged with Toshiba Social Systems Co., Ltd. in April 2022, Toshiba Automation Systems Service is engaged in assembly and provision of maintenance services for social infrastructure products, centering on products of Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corporation, for numerous customers in Japan and abroad.
In order to adapt to the rapidly changing external environment, such as the increasingly widespread application of IoT to social infrastructure systems, we are striving to enhance our knowledge, technologies, and activities, not only in the field of mechatronics, which is our core competence, but also in software, hardware, and networks, always taking a broad perspective and making full use of digital transformation (DX). Furthermore, we are working to enhance quality through “visualization” of business operations and promoting human resource development through “knowledge succession.” By building a solid management foundation through these initiatives, we aim to continue progress in order to remain a “group of professionals” maximizing customer satisfaction and providing infrastructure services that exceed expectations, contribute to society, and enhance corporate value.
