Corporate history

  1. Toshiba Automation Systems Maintenance Co., Ltd. was founded (Capital: 10 million yen).

  2. Maintenance business for bank service and station service equipment was started.

  3. Maintenance business for image information filing equipment was started.

  4. The capital was increased to 30 million yen on April 1.

  5. The corporate name was changed to Toshiba Social Automation Techniques Co., Ltd.

  6. The booth building business was started.

  7. The system construction business was started.

  8. The maintenance business for Automatic expressway toll collection systems was started.

  9. The maintenance business for bank service machines was transferred to Oki Electric Industry Group.

  10. The entire maintenance business was transferred from Toshiba, including the planning and management of station services and road business. The positional information search business and maintenance business for sports promotion lottery were started.

  11. IT-Services Corporation was founded, and the Equipment Support & Service Business Department was established.
